We are a women-led initiative committed to advancing gender equity in science and technology. Our mission is to create a supportive ecosystem where women and girls (especially those from underrepresented backgrounds) can access education, hands-on training, mentorship, and valuable professional networks. Through both in-person and virtual opportunities, we help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue and sustain meaningful careers in STEAM.

Mujer Con Marca is a 2-month course designed to help regional entrepreneurs and small business owners build a strong, authentic brand identity from scratch. Through a structured curriculum, participants work through brand diagnosis and foundations, value proposition and differentiation, buyer persona and brand voice, and finish with a practical visual identity manual, complete with logo, color palette, typography, and ready-to-use templates. The program includes design and marketing concepts and their intersection with technological tools to enhance the participant's brand potential.
